About the course

Everett's oldest and only private course, insulated in the middle of the city, is steeped in history. The course features 18 tough holes amid towering evergreens and firs. Its clubhouse, restaurant and grand ballroom recently underwent $950,000 of remodeling.

Club scorecard

Only certificate holders, those with the largest membership packages, can propose and second a nomination, for membership of this exclusive course. Tasteful denim is allowed in certain areas of the clubhouse, but restricted on the course. Guests are welcome and may accompany a member during a club event.

Swimming pool during summer season, restaurant, bar, driving range, pro shop, golf carts, lockers, club storage. Club pro: Bob Borup, 38 years with EG&CC.

About the course

In 1998, Everett's second-oldest golf course received a much needed renovation of the clubhouse area, the links themselves and drainage improvement. Located on the northern rim .of the city, Legion offers commanding views of Puget Sound waterways, and the snowy vistas of the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges.

This is a public course. There is no dress code. There .are carts and clubs to rent as well as eating area and take-out space.
