--Vasco acquires Dutch Alfa & Ariss

INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

4 April 2011 - Internet security company Vasco (NASDAQ:VDSI) said today it acquired Dutch Alfa & Ariss for EUR1m (USD1.4m) in cash.
According to Vasco, the acquisition was financed from its existing cash balances and is expected to have a slightly dilutive impact on earnings in fiscal 2011.

Alfa & Ariss specialises in open identity and access management.
